Grand Harvest Wine Festival – October 7th & 8th
Enjoy a crisp fall weekend at New Jersey’s salute to Autumn with the Grand Harvest Wine Festival at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morristown on Saturday and Sunday, October 7-8 from noon to 5 p.m. Gates open at 11:30 a.m.Admission includes wine glass, sampling and sales of over 200 New Jersey wines. New Jersey wineries participating: Auburn Road Vineyards, Cava Winery, Chestnut Run Farm, Coda Rossa Winery, DiMatteo Vineyards, Four Sisters Winery, Plagido’s Winery, Sharrott Winery, Southwind Vineyard & Winery, Tomasello Winery, Valenzano Winery, Villari Vineyards, Wagonhouse Winery. Musical performances by Mario & The Slyders on October 7 and Ned Ryerson & The Groundhogs on October 8. The event will also feature Food trucks, crafters and artisans.

Manasquan Wine Festival – October 8th
Annual Wine Festival hosted by the Manasquan Chamber on Commerce. Rain date Oct 15

Wine Lover’s Sunset Cruise – October 14th
Unique sunset wine cruises on the M/V Delaware in the Crow’s Nest. Enjoy a sunset cruise across the Delaware Bay as you savor selected wines paired with gourmet courses designed specifically to bring out the unique flavors of each wine. Package includes round-trip foot passenger ferry fare, dinner and wine flights. Live entertainment provides a festive atmosphere and if you love a wine, extra glasses are available for purchase. If wine is not your cup of tea, a full cash bar is available during the event. If you are vegetarian or have special food requirements, please call to discuss options with your guest services agent.

Bellview Winery’s Italian Festival – October 14th & 15th
For one weekend a year, Bellview Winery celebrate their Italian heritage with an annual Italian Festival. With the sounds of traditional music, plus a spread of local Italian food, they are ready to celebrate in true form! Top it all off by sampling some of their wines from the tasting tent, or checking out the numerous vendors that will be showcasing their wares. Whether you’re Italian or not, come be Italian for the day at Bellview Winery!Presale tickets will be available on September 10th for only $10. Otherwise there will be an admission fee of $15 which includes admission, wine tasting, a commemorative glass, and parking.

Stafford Fall Wine Festival – October 14th & 15th
Sample dozens of wines from some of New Jersey’s leading wineries at the 6th Annual Stafford Fall Wine Festival, October 14th and 15th at Manahawkin Lake Park, Manahawkin. Enjoy the beautiful lake-front setting while sampling an array of wines, browsing crafters, vendors and food. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to sit and enjoy live music. Held in conjunctions with the Stafford Recreation Department’s annual Fall Festival, the weekend also offers hayrides, scarecrow making and other Halloween activites on Saturday, plus a classic car show on Sunday.

Grape Gallop – October 21st

Grape Gallop is the outdoor social event that pairs exercise and wine tasting!

Four Sisters Winery’s Family Harvest Weekend – October 21st and 22nd
October 21st and 22nd enjoy Family Harvest Weekend from 12pm – 5pm at Four Sisters Winery on Route 519 in Belvidere NJ.Take a Tractor drawn hayride to pick your own Apples & Pumpkins or find your way through Cornelius’s Corn Maze. Upon your return relax on the Deck and enjoy complimentary Wine Tasting and Live Music at Cafe Vino. Saturday features Wine n’ Wings or Fish n’ Chips. Alba Vineyard’s Harvest Food Truck & Wine Festival – October 21st & 22nd
This event will feature cuisine from the region’s most award-winning food trucks, Alba’s estate wines, and live music. Food prices vary by truck. So put on a comfy sweater and gather your wine, food, and music loving friends for a great time!
Cost: $10 for adults 21 and over, $5 for ages 13 to 20, and children 12 and under free

Fall Fire Pits & Food Trucks Festival! – October 21st & 22nd

Halloween Murder Mystery & Wine Tasting – October 27th
Try and guess “who dunnit” in this spooky and hilarious murder mystery experience with a Halloween twist. Sit, sip, and savor some tasty wine and small bites while being entertained by one of the areas best entertainment groups. Turn on the electrodes, raise the platform and throw the switch! A storm is brewing and you don’t want to miss this hilarious adaptation of Mary Shelly’s classic tale! Join Doctor Frankenstein and Igor as they “dig up”clues in this horror themed murder mystery. But don’t worry, we promise it won’t cost you “morgue” then an arm or a leg! So grab your jumper cables, a shovel, and any “body” you can because it’s ALIVE! The forecast? Rain, lightning and the 100% chance of chuckles! So be warned, FrankenMurder will tickle your funny bone and keep you in stitches but don’t worry— in the end you’ll live happily ever cadaver!

GSWGA’s After the Harvest Wine & Food Event – October 28th
Just as the harvest season winds down this fall, the inaugural After the Harvest Wine & Food event presented by Provident Bank, will be launched at the Culinary Arts Institute at Hudson County Community College in Jersey City on Saturday, October 28 from 1-6 p.m. when member wineries of the Garden State Wine Growers Association and the Culinary Arts Institute and Hudson County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs/Tourism Development team up for this new fall event. After the Harvest Wine & Food will feature wine sampling from at least six New Jersey wineries; tastings, culinary pairings, wine tutorials and live music. The event is the first element of a new partnership between the Culinary Arts Institute of Hudson County Community College and the Garden State Wine Growers Association.
