Start small, lets not get over whelmed with the whole room. Switch out your dated knobs and replace them with chic, shiny counterparts. Builders grade doesn't stand a chance. This quick low cost project has the power to transform the entire aesthetic of your bathroom.

Work with what you have.. a plain mirror on the wall can make a statement when you add a wood frame.. Get creative. I went to Home Depot, picked out a decorative molding in the lumber area and had them cut it three times to make two sides, top and bottom. Place on the wall with wall glue and throw a couple of nails in for insurance. Paint it the color that goes with the tile or go bold and contrast (small sample paint should be enough, cost $3-$5).  Think Spa and something easy on the eyes. To bring warmth and coziness to your bathroom go natural wood and stain to protect from moisture.

Speaking of warmth and coziness, also, or instead add wall sconces. If you like these ideas I can tell you these simple tricks have helped me to sell over 900 homes and I can help you sell yours too.  If you just want to spruce up your home and make it look updated I am also happy to share my expertise.
